鍋爐(guō lú)除塵器(作用:凈化空氣)使用效果(xiàoguǒ)好壞和它的外殼設計也有重要關系。從材料(Material)本身來看,現在已經可以達到很高的效率(efficiency),但是,往往由于鍋爐除塵器外殼設計不良,或者除塵器的布置、安裝(ān zhuāng)存在不好的地方,以致灰塵不經過濾介質(起決定作用的物質)而旁通過(tōng guò)去,造成不好的后果。

(1)把鍋爐(guō lú)除塵器(作用:凈化空氣)裝在外殼內,應當讓氣流通過(tōng guò)過濾器(作用:過濾雜質等)的方向傾向于把過濾器向密封面壓緊。靜電除塵器的工作原理是利用高壓電場使煙氣發(fā)生電離,氣流中的粉塵荷電在電場作用下與氣流分離。負極由不同斷面形狀的金屬導線制成,叫放電電極。布袋除塵器的除塵效率高也是與濾料分不開的,濾料性能和質量的好壞,直接關系到袋式除塵器性能的好壞和使用壽命的長短。而過濾材料是制作濾袋的主要材料,它的性能和質量是促進袋式除塵技術進步,影響其應用范圍和使用壽命。 布袋除塵器高的除塵效率是與它的除塵機理分不開的。含塵氣體由除塵器下部進氣管道,經導流板進入灰斗時,由于導流板的碰撞和氣體速度的降低等作用,粗粒粉塵將落入灰斗中,其余細小顆粒粉塵隨氣體進入濾袋室,由于濾料纖維及織物的慣性、擴散、阻隔、鉤掛、靜電等作用,粉塵被阻留在濾袋內,凈化后的氣體逸出袋外,經排氣管排出。 如果不能這樣做,就必須采取適當辦法(methods)把過濾器對著它的密封面夾緊,保證任何時候都不會松開。
