鍋爐(guō lú)除塵器(作用:凈化空氣)使用效果(xiàoguǒ)好壞和它的外殼設(shè)計(jì)也有重要關(guān)系。從材料(Material)本身來看,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)可以達(dá)到很高的效率(efficiency),但是,往往由于鍋爐除塵器外殼設(shè)計(jì)不良,或者除塵器的布置、安裝(ān zhuāng)存在不好的地方,以致灰塵不經(jīng)過濾介質(zhì)(起決定作用的物質(zhì))而旁通過(tōng guò)去,造成不好的后果。

(1)把鍋爐(guō lú)除塵器(作用:凈化空氣)裝在外殼內(nèi),應(yīng)當(dāng)讓氣流通過(tōng guò)過濾器(作用:過濾雜質(zhì)等)的方向傾向于把過濾器向密封面壓緊。靜電除塵器的工作原理是利用高壓電場(chǎng)使煙氣發(fā)生電離,氣流中的粉塵荷電在電場(chǎng)作用下與氣流分離。負(fù)極由不同斷面形狀的金屬導(dǎo)線制成,叫放電電極。布袋除塵器的除塵效率高也是與濾料分不開的,濾料性能和質(zhì)量的好壞,直接關(guān)系到袋式除塵器性能的好壞和使用壽命的長短。而過濾材料是制作濾袋的主要材料,它的性能和質(zhì)量是促進(jìn)袋式除塵技術(shù)進(jìn)步,影響其應(yīng)用范圍和使用壽命。 布袋除塵器高的除塵效率是與它的除塵機(jī)理分不開的。含塵氣體由除塵器下部進(jìn)氣管道,經(jīng)導(dǎo)流板進(jìn)入灰斗時(shí),由于導(dǎo)流板的碰撞和氣體速度的降低等作用,粗粒粉塵將落入灰斗中,其余細(xì)小顆粒粉塵隨氣體進(jìn)入濾袋室,由于濾料纖維及織物的慣性、擴(kuò)散、阻隔、鉤掛、靜電等作用,粉塵被阻留在濾袋內(nèi),凈化后的氣體逸出袋外,經(jīng)排氣管排出。 如果不能這樣做,就必須采取適當(dāng)辦法(methods)把過濾器對(duì)著它的密封面夾緊,保證任何時(shí)候都不會(huì)松開。
